Bede's World: The Museum of Early Medieval Northumbria at JarrowThe Mind's Eye have rebuilt www.bedesworld.co.uk from the ground up. The new site is fully accessible, and updatable by non-specialist museum staff. Features include a dynamic bookshop and events system, leading to a home page which automatically updates with time-sensitive information.

In addition, The Mind's Eye helped Bede's World find cost-effective hosting, and have assisted with numerous ICT technical support issues.


The Society of Antiquaries of Newcastle upon TyneThe first site to be launched using The Mind's Eye's Clearsight accessible web content system is www.newcastle-antiquaries.org.uk. Featuring hallmark standards-compliance, the entire site is updateable by non-technical Society members. This means the site stays more up-to-date than comparable sector sites, since there is no reliance on a web professional, either in terms of time or money.

Wearmouth-Jarrow: Candidate World Heritage SiteThe Mind's Eye were asked to produce a standards-compliant, content-managed site for the Wearmouth Jarrow World Heritage Site bid. This prestigious project suited the specifications of Clearsight, and was built in a matter of hours. The site will grow during the course of the bid process.

The Actors Centre North EastThe Actors Centre North East secured funding for a full, dynamic rebuild of their site, to achieve various training and education outcomes. The Mind's Eye built a fully standards-compliant site updatable by the client, including a moderated discussion form, and now host the site, including management of email accounts.

Morpeth Chantry Bagpipe MuseumThe Morpeth Chantry Bagpipe Museum, jointly administered by Castle Morpeth Borough Council and The Society of Antiquaries of Newcastle upon Tyne, needed a low-cost solution to manage an updateable site. The use of Clearsight allows the site to change to reflect current exhibitions and events.
